Inspiration of the Maria Montessori and her methods on development of the children impelled me to assist young generation in constructing themselves in discipline, sense of order and intelligence. Every child is unique and has enormous scope for development from the very young age when exposed to right environment both at home and school.
The child is endowed with unknown powers which can guide it to a radiant future. “If what we really want is a new world, then education must take as its aim the development of these hidden possibilities.”, said Maria Montessori.
The Montessori Method and environment is a spacious, open, tidy, and pleasing in appearance, simple and real place, where each element exists and reveals out unknown power of the child in order to help in the development of the child. The Montessori approach uses a distinct set of practice that nurtures a positive, natural learning experience to teach reading and writing. This approach of our program uses strong learning design that engages students in an exciting learning.
These materials allow children to investigate and explore in a personal and independent way. They make repetition possible and this promotes concentration. Children thus learn by working with specially designed materials. Rather than memorizing math facts, they begin by counting and adding concrete materials. They use little objects and a set of wooden letters known as the movable alphabet to learn to read and write. Maria Montessori observed that children need to move and learn through experiences, rather than through sitting and listening to a teacher.
